Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. Converting all the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
