The girl was raised as a Catholic in the city of Manhattan's Upper East Side. She was enrolled by her parents in the Convent of the Sacred Heart which was a prestigious, religious and private school. The passion for music started as a small child. She taught herself piano as a teenager and, when she was 13she composed her first track. She was a part of the open mic nights. She was a fan of Queen Michael Jackson Madonna, and David Bowie. When she finished high school she entered into the Tisch School of Art at New York University to study music. Her studies did not go through. study, but left the school to start her music career.
